The MG tile adhesive machine is a fully integrated dry mix mortar production line designed for manufacturing ceramic wall tile adhesive, wall putty, skim coat, tile grout, and similar dry-mixed construction materials. The system is primarily composed of a hoisting machine, premixed storage warehouse, small cement silo, dry mortar mixer, finished product warehouse, packaging machine, dust collector, electric control room, and gas phase balance system.

Large proportions of raw materials such as cement are manually metered through the elevator into premixed warehouses. Small proportions of valuable masterbatches — including cellulose and rubber powder — are metered into the additive hopper via electronic scales. Compared with simple-type equipment, the integrated mixer ensures thorough blending before automatic metering and packaging through a valve packer or open packer.
