The MG series tile adhesive machine is a complete dry mix mortar production system designed for manufacturing ceramic wall tile adhesive and similar construction materials. It delivers reliable, high-volume output suitable for construction site operations and commercial production facilities.

The MG adhesive machine is used to produce dry mix mortar — a type of construction material. It is mainly composed of a hoisting machine, premixed storage warehouse, small cement silo, dry mortar mixer, finished product warehouse, packaging machine, dust collector, electric control room, and gas phase balance system.

Large proportions of raw materials such as cement can be manually metered through the elevator into premixed warehouses. Small proportions of valuable masterbatches such as cellulose and rubber powder can be metered into the additive hopper through electronic scales. Because the mixer is integrated into the system, the process is more efficient compared to simple-type equipment. Afterwards, automatic metering of the packaging takes place via a valve packer or an open packer.
