The MG Ceramic Wall Tile Adhesive Machine is a complete dry mix mortar production plant designed for manufacturing tile adhesive used in construction. This automated system produces high-quality dry mortar through a streamlined process that includes raw material handling, precise batching, thorough mixing, and efficient packaging.

The MG adhesive machine is primarily composed of the following key components:

Large proportions of raw materials such as cement are manually metered through the elevator into premixed warehouses. Small proportions of valuable masterbatches — including cellulose and rubber powder — are metered into the additive hopper via electronic scales. The mixer then blends the materials thoroughly, offering superior mixing performance compared to simple-type equipment. After mixing, automatic metering and packaging take place through either a valve packer or an open packer.
