The MG containerized dry mix mortar plant is a compact skid mounted line built inside a standard 40ft container. It includes sand feeding, drying, screening, cement and additive dosing, twin shaft mixing, finished product storage and valve bag packing. All pipes, cables and the control cabinet are pre installed and tested in our factory, so the line starts production within one week after it reaches site.

This model is designed for start up producers, small tile adhesive factories and construction companies that need their own mortar supply but do not want to build a tower plant. Two containers can be combined for higher output when the business grows.

• Plug and play. The plant is pre wired and pre piped, factory tested with sand before shipment, and needs only power and water connection on site.
• One container shipping. The complete line fits in a 40ft high cube container, which keeps sea freight and inland transport at the lowest possible cost.
• Fast installation. Two engineers finish assembly and commissioning in 5 to 7 days, compared with 30 days for a tower plant.
• Small footprint. About 60 m2 of flat concrete is enough, so the plant can be installed inside an existing warehouse.
• Accurate additive dosing. The separate polymer and cellulose feeder keeps the tile adhesive formula stable batch after batch.
• Easy expansion. A second container can be added to double capacity without rebuilding the first line.

Q: Do I need to build a workshop for this containerized plant?

A: No. A flat concrete slab of about 60 m2 and a roof are enough. The container itself forms the machine room.

Q: How many bags can it produce per day?

A: Around 8 to 10 tons per 8 hour shift, which equals 320 to 400 bags of 25 kg tile adhesive.

Q: Can I produce different mortars on the same line?

A: Yes. Formulas are stored in the PLC and switching a recipe takes about 5 minutes including cleaning.

Q: Is the sand dryer included?

A: A compact dryer and screener are integrated in the container for sand with moisture below 6%. For wetter sand we supply an external rotary dryer.
