The non-gravity mixer operates on the principle of mixing materials in air countercurrent. Double shaft paddles are installed inside the drum and rotate in opposite directions to each other. Each paddle is designed with rational separation distance and angle degree through scientific calculation.

When materials are thrown into the air current inside the drum by the force from rotating paddles, non-gravity force is instantaneously generated and materials are thrown to the opposite area. The space between the twin shafts forms a fluidized non-gravity area and an air eddy current, while an air flowing layer forms in the bottom part of the drum. As a result, materials undergo three-dimensional compound motions, enabling even, rapid, and circular mixing in all aspects.
