1. Raw Material Storage Silo

Designed for storing dry building raw material powders including sand, cement, fly ash, slag, and calcium carbonate powder. MG standard silos are equipped with level regulators, air breaking devices, dust collectors, pressure safety valves, and complete assembly accessories. The air breaking device facilitates air exhaust during material feeding, while the dust collector clears top-level dust. Level regulators monitor material levels to ensure timely refilling, and safety valves prevent material discharge issues. Materials discharge efficiently when paired with screw conveyors.

2. Bucket Elevator

A vertical lifting device capable of reaching heights of 20-35m. With high-efficiency lifting speed and substantial transport capacity, bucket elevators are widely used for lifting various powder and granular materials. Available in belt-type and chain-type configurations, with chain bucket elevators suitable for heat materials and offering higher capacity and lifting height.

3. Automatic Weighing System

An automated batching system that significantly reduces manpower and material resource requirements. Equipped with three S-type sensors for precise weight measurement during operation. Users input raw material weights according to formulations, ensuring high precision, reduced weighing errors, labor cost savings, and improved output.

4. Twin Shaft Agravic Paddle Mixer

Features high mixing speed, excellent uniformity, and low power consumption. Effectively mixes materials with significant differences in physical properties such as specific gravity, particle size, and shape without segregation. Material discharge is pneumatically controlled, completing within 3-5 seconds.

5. Automatic Packing Machine

Utilizes computerized metering devices for accurate weighing, stable performance, and simple operation. Equipped with dust collection ports for environmentally friendly production. PLC-controlled for intelligent operation, compatible with bag belt conveyors and robot palletizers.

6. Pulse Dust Collector

Specifically designed for dry mortar machine dust collection, featuring pulse solenoid valves for automatic dust removal. Compact structure with convenient maintenance, characterized by high ash removal kinetic energy and efficiency. Uses specialized fabric filter dust collection with integrated fans, cloth cylinders, and filter assemblies to streamline workflow.

7. Control Cabinet

PLC control system with high intelligence level, providing automated control from raw material storage silos, screw conveyors, ingredient weighing, mixing, packaging, and comprehensive management of the complete dry mortar plant system.
