The automatic dry mix powder mortar mixing plant is an advanced powder mixing equipment system. This integrated mixing station combines a twin-shaft mixer with a precision batching system to maximize operational efficiency. The silo stores dry building raw material powders including sand, cement, fly ash, slag, and calcium carbonate powder. MG standard silos are equipped with level regulators, air breaking devices, dust collectors, pressure safety valves, and complete assembly accessories. During material feeding, the air breaking device facilitates air exhaust from the silo interior while the dust collector clears top-level dust. Level regulators detect maximum and minimum material levels to ensure timely refilling. The safety valve prevents easy material discharge, while the screw conveyor enables rapid material discharge.
This vertical lifting device achieves heights of 20-35m with high-efficiency lifting speed and large transport capacity. Bucket elevators are widely used for lifting various powder or granular materials. Available in belt-type and chain-type configurations, chain bucket elevators can handle heated materials with higher capacity and lifting height capabilities.
This automated batching system significantly reduces manpower and material resource requirements. The machine features three S-type sensors for precise measurements during operation. By inputting raw material weights according to formulations, the system achieves high precision, reduces weighing errors, saves labor costs, and improves output.

When the PLC control dry mix powder mortar mixing plant operates: Firstly, various raw materials are transported into the silos via bucket elevator or pump truck. Secondly, materials are conveyed from the raw material silo to the automatic weighing scale according to formula ratios using screw conveyors. Thirdly, premixed materials are lifted into the premix hopper by bucket elevator. Fourthly, materials enter the twin shaft paddle mixer for uniform mixing.
