Brief introduction for Dry Mortar Mixer Machine:

On the basis of twin shaft mixer, this machine adds a secondary lifting screw conveyor, finished product hopper and automatic valve packaging machine, which form a complete set of simple dry mortar production line from material feeding, automatic mixing, filling and packaging production process. MG workshop dry mortar mixer plant capacity at 3-30t/h. If your capacity is above 35t/h, you can choose our station type dry mortar plant, and if necessary, there can be equipped with grinding machine and sand drying machine.

Raw Material Of Dry Mortar Mixer Machine:

1. Cementing material: cement, lime, plaster.

2. Aggregate: yellow sand, quartz sand, limestone, dolomite, expanded perlite etc.

3. Mineral admixture: industrial byproduct, industrial slag, fly ash, pozzolana, fine silica powder etc.

4. Water-retention and thickening material.

3) Finished product silo: Volume: standard 1.5m3; Used for storing the finished goods material, waiting for packing.

4) Automatic weighing packaging machine: Model:Valve type(1150*910*1060mm); Packing range: 15-50kg/bag

Packing speed: 4-6s/bag; Precision: 50kg+_0.2; CE.Motor power: 4kw; Used for packing finished product material in the finished products silo, it can automatically weighing and packaging.

5)  Air compressor: Balance the air pressure, providing the air resouce for packing machine and air cylinder

6)Control cabinet: The power switch control for this equipment of production line.

1, HS code can be supplied to you for checking importing tax in your country.
2, Standard export packaging by container, which should be applicable to international requirement.
3, Big size equipment will be fixed by steel wire, while small ones together with spare parts will be packed into wooden boxes.
