This high-speed mixing and palletizing dry mortar production line is engineered for manufacturing wall putty, tile adhesive, masonry mortar, and other dry-mixed construction materials. It combines batching, blending, and packaging into a single automated system with a capacity range of 10 to 30 tons per hour.

Dry mix mortar is among the most versatile materials used in the modern construction industry. It serves to lay bricks and other masonry blocks, coat buildings as renders and skim coats, and fix tiles. This controlled process allows different types of dry mix mortar with well-defined properties and performance to meet specific requirements and applications. Dry mix mortar is replacing traditional job-site mixing because of its numerous advantages.

It is a mixture of raw materials in dry form, made by proportionally combining sand, cement, minerals, and functional additives. This process is commonly conducted by a dry mortar mixing machine. According to its usage, dry mix mortar falls into three types: colored powder coating, adhesive, and road or ground repair and hardening materials.

The MG dry mix mortar plant is a set of equipment designed to mix dried sand, cement, thickening powder, fly ash, and other functional additives together according to different recipes. The plant produces bagged or bulk dry mortar, which can be applied directly after being proportionally mixed with water and stirred for a short time.

The non-gravity mixer works on the principle of mixing materials in an air countercurrent. Double-shaft paddles are installed inside the drum and rotate in opposite directions to each other. Each paddle is designed with a rational separation distance and angle through scientific calculation. When materials are thrown into the air current inside the drum by the force of the rotating paddles, a non-gravity force is instantaneously generated and the materials are thrown to the opposite area.

The space between the twin shafts forms a fluidized non-gravity area and an air eddy current. In the bottom part, an air flowing layer is also formed inside the drum. As a result, the materials undergo three-dimensional compound motions, ensuring they are evenly, rapidly, and circularly mixed in all aspects.
