Dry Mix Mortar is one of the most versatile materials in modern construction, used for laying bricks, coating buildings as renders, and fixing tiles. Produced in specialized factories with controlled batching and blending processes, it offers superior properties and performance compared to traditional job site mixing.

This dry-form mixture combines sand, cement, minerals, and functional additives in precise proportions. Applications include colored powder coating, adhesive materials, and road/ground repair and hardening materials.

The MG Dry Mix Mortar Plant is a complete equipment set designed to mix dried sand, cement, thickening powder, fly ash, and other additives according to specific recipes. The plant produces bagged or bulk dry mortar that can be applied directly after mixing with water.

The non-gravity mixer operates using air countercurrent mixing. Double shaft paddles rotate in opposite directions inside the drum, creating a fluidized non-gravity area and air eddy currents. This three-dimensional compound motion ensures rapid, even, and circular mixing of all materials.
