Description of MG Automatic Dry Mix Mortar Plant
MG Dry Mix Mortar Plant is a complete set of equipment designed to mix dried sand, cement, thickening powder, fly ash, and other functional additives together according to different recipes. The plant produces bagged or bulk dry mortar that can be applied directly after being mixed proportionally with water and stirred.
Mechanical Principle of MG Automatic Dry Mix Mortar Plant
The non-gravity mixer operates on the principle of mixing materials in air countercurrent. Double shaft paddles installed inside the drum rotate in opposite directions. When materials are thrown into the air current by the rotating paddles, non-gravity force is generated, creating a fluidized non-gravity area and air eddy current that ensures materials undergo three-dimensional compound motions for even, rapid, and circular mixing.
