Dry Mix Mortar is a versatile construction material made by mixing sand, cement, minerals, and functional additives in dry form. It replaces traditional job site mixing mortar due to its superior properties and performance.

Types include colored powder coating, adhesive, and road/ground repair materials.

A complete equipment set designed to mix dried sand, cement, thickening powder, fly ash, and other functional additives according to different recipes. Produces bagged or bulk dry mortar ready for application after mixing with water.

The non-gravity mixer operates using air countercurrent mixing. Double shaft paddles rotate in opposite directions, creating a fluidized non-gravity area and air eddy current for three-dimensional compound motions that ensure even, rapid, and circular mixing.
