What is Dry Mortar
Dry Mix Mortar is amongst the most versatile material used in modern construction industry. It serves to lay bricks & other masonry blocks, coat building as renders & skim coat & fix tiles. Modern Dry Mix Mortar is produced in specialized factories with dedicated facilities for batching and blending all necessary ingredients in highly-controlled processes.
This method allows production of different types of Dry Mix Mortar products with well-defined properties and performance to meet specific requirements and applications. Today, Dry Mix Mortar is conquering the market by replacing traditional job site mixing mortar due to its various advantages.
It consists of mixed raw materials in dry form made by mixing sand, cement, mineral, and functional additives together proportionally. This process is commonly conducted by a dry mortar mixing machine. According to its usage, dry mix mortar falls into three types: colored powder coating, adhesive, and road or ground repair and hardening materials.
Description of MG Automatic Dry Mix Mortar Plant
MG Dry Mix mortar plant is a set of equipment designed to mix dried sand, cement, thickening powder, fly ash, and other functional additives together according to different recipes. The plant produces bagged or bulk dry mortar, which can be applied directly after being mixed proportionally with water and stirred.
Mechanical Principle of MG Automatic Dry Mix Mortar Plant
The non-gravity mixer works on the principle of mixing materials in air countercurrent. Double shaft paddles are installed inside the drum and rotate in opposite directions to each other. Each paddle is designed with rational separation distance and angle degree through scientific calculation.
When materials are thrown into the air current inside the drum by the force from rotating paddles, non-gravity force is instantaneously generated and materials are thrown to the opposite area. The space between the twin shafts forms a fluidized non-gravity area and an air eddy current, while an air flowing layer forms in the bottom part of the drum.
As a result, materials undergo three-dimensional compound motions, enabling even, rapid, and circular mixing in all aspects.
