What is Dry Mortar

Dry Mix Mortar is among the most versatile materials used in modern construction industry. It serves to lay bricks and other masonry blocks, coat buildings as renders and skim coats, and fix tiles. Today, construction industries worldwide demand new improved building materials. Modern Dry Mix Mortar is produced in specialized factories with dedicated batching and blending facilities in highly-controlled processes, enabling production of various mortar types with well-defined properties to meet specific requirements.

Dry mortar consists of mixed raw materials in dry form, made by proportionally mixing sand, cement, minerals, and functional additives. This process is conducted by dry mortar mixing machines. Based on usage, dry mix mortar falls into three types: colored powder coating, adhesive, and road or ground repair and hardening materials.

MG Automatic Dry Mix Mortar Plant Description

MG Dry Mix Mortar Plant is a complete equipment set designed to mix dried sand, cement, thickening powder, fly ash, and other functional additives according to different recipes. The plant produces bagged or bulk dry mortar that can be applied directly after proportional mixing with water and stirring.

Mechanical Principle of MG Automatic Dry Mix Mortar Plant

The non-gravity mixer operates on the principle of mixing materials in air countercurrent. Double shaft paddles installed inside the drum rotate in opposite directions. Each paddle is designed with rational separation distance and angle through scientific calculation. When materials are thrown into the air current by rotating paddles, non-gravity force is instantaneously generated, throwing materials to the opposite area. The space between twin shafts forms a fluidized non-gravity area and air eddy current, with an air flowing layer forming in the bottom part. This creates three-dimensional compound motions, ensuring even, rapid, and circular mixing in all aspects.
