The MG series Dry Mix Mortar Tile Adhesive Production Line is designed based on traditional single mixer technology, enhanced with material transportation systems, finished product storage silos, and automatic packing machines. This integrated dry mortar production line significantly improves working efficiency by automating the entire process from feeding and mixing to conveying and packing.

The screw ribbon mixer represents the most economical and cost-effective dry mortar mixing solution. Its dual-action mixing system features outer and inner screw ribbon blades driven by high-speed rotating shafts. The inner blades push material outward while outer blades pull material inward, creating thorough back-and-forth mixing action that achieves uniform results in approximately 10-15 minutes per batch.

Equipped with a Φ165×3500mm screw conveyor that efficiently transfers mixed mortar from the mixer to the finished product hopper.

Features a 1.5m³ capacity hopper designed to store finished materials and supply the packing machine, significantly improving overall efficiency.

Valve-type automatic dry mortar packing machine with 15-50kg/bag adjustable capacity and 4kw power. Operating at approximately 5-6 seconds per bag, it delivers high packing speed, precise weighing accuracy, advanced automation, simple operation, and easy maintenance.

0.25m³, 2.2kw unit providing essential air supply for the automatic packing machine and finished product hopper, enabling rapid packing and effective material flow.

Step 1: Raw materials are loaded into the screw conveyor feeding pot and transported to the mixer.
Step 2: Multiple raw materials are thoroughly blended by the multi-ribbon screw mixer.
Step 3: Mixed material is conveyed to the end product silo via a second screw conveyor.
Step 4: Finished product is automatically bagged by the packing machine.
