1. Ribbon Mixer Machine

2. Screw Conveyor
Features a Φ165×3500mm design that efficiently transfers mixed mortar from the mixer to the finished product hopper.

3. Finished Product Storage Silo
1.5m³ capacity hopper stores finished materials and prepares them for the packing machine, significantly improving operational efficiency.

4. Automatic Packing Machine
Valve-type packing machine with adjustable 15-50kg/bag capacity, 4kw power, and high-speed operation at 5-6 seconds per bag. Features high weighing accuracy and simple maintenance.

5. Air Compressor
0.25m³, 2.2kw unit provides air source for the automatic packing machine and finished product hopper, enabling quick packing and efficient material flow.

Raw materials are loaded into the screw conveyor feeding pot
