We operate as a factory with our own mechanical design engineers and project design engineers. All machinery is manufactured in-house. We provide customized solution design based on customer needs and offer full-process services including project communication, scheme design, equipment selection, production, site planning, transportation, installation, and commissioning.
Do you provide after-sale service?
Yes. Our equipment comes with a 12-month warranty period, supported by a professional after-sales service team dedicated to promptly and thoroughly resolving any issues that may arise.
Do you provide equipment operation training?
Yes. Our experienced engineers (all holding passports) can be dispatched to customer sites to guide equipment installation and debug production lines until operational. We provide comprehensive documentation including installation instructions, layout drawings, and assembly diagrams. For customers with their own engineering teams, we offer detailed installation guidance and can provide online video support.
Can I visit your factory?
Absolutely! We welcome visits to our factory and host numerous domestic and international customers annually. We can provide invitation letters for visa applications and offer professional business reception services, including airport or station pickup arrangements.
