Our semi automatic dry mix powder mortar mixing plant includes a bucket elevator, a twin shaft paddle mixer machine, a finished product hopper, one or two valve type packing machines, a steel frame, an air compressor machine, and an electric control cabinet.

When the semi-automatic dry mix powder mortar plant works:

• Different kinds of raw material are transported into the twin shaft paddle mixer by bucket elevator

1. Bucket Elevator: Vertical lifting device with lifting height up to 20-35m. Features high efficient lifting speed and large transport capacity. Available in belt type and chain type options. Chain bucket elevator can lift heat material with higher capacity and lifting height.

2. Twin Shaft Agravic Paddle Mixer: Features high mixing speed, high uniformity, and low power consumption. Materials with large differences in physical properties do not easily segregate. Material discharge via pneumatic control within 3-5 seconds.

3. Automatic Packing Machine: Uses computerized metering devices for accurate weighing, stable performance and simple operation. Equipped with dust mouth for environmentally friendly production. PLC controlled with optional bag belt conveyor and robot palletizer.

4. Pulse Dust Collector: Specifically designed for dry mortar machine dust collection. Features pulse solenoid valve for automatic dust removal. Compact structure with convenient maintenance, large ash removal kinetic energy and high efficiency.

5. Control Cabinet: PLC control system with high degree of intelligence. Provides automatic control from raw material storage silo, screw conveyor, weighing of ingredients to mixing, packaging and full control of the complete dry mortar plant.
