Working Principle
The ceramic tile adhesive dry mortar mixing plant operates through four key stages:
- Raw materials are loaded into the feeding pot of the screw conveyor
- Materials are transported into the mixer via screw conveyor
- Multiple raw materials are thoroughly mixed by the multi-ribbon screw mixer
- Mixed material is conveyed to the end product silo and packed into bags by the automatic packing machine

2. Screw Conveyor
Φ165×3500mm conveyor transfers mixed mortar from the mixer to the finished product hopper.
3. Finished Product Storage Silo
1.5m³ capacity hopper stores finished material and prepares it for the packing machine, significantly improving efficiency.
4. Automatic Packing Machine
Valve-type automatic packing machine with 15-50kg/bag adjustable capacity, 4kw power, and packing speed of 5-6 seconds per bag.
5. Air Compressor
0.25m³, 2.2kw compressor provides air source for automatic packing and finished product hopper operations.
