High Precision Packing Dry Mix Powder Mortar Mixing Plant
MG series Ceramic Tile Adhesive Mixing Plant is designed according to the traditional single mixer machine, with added material transportation system, finished product storage silo and automatic packing machine. This forms a complete simple dry mortar production line that significantly improves working efficiency by automating the entire process from feeding and mixing to conveying and packing.
Working Principle
When the ceramic tile adhesive dry mortar mixing plant operates:
- Raw material is placed into the feeding pot of the screw conveyor
- Material is transported into the mixer via screw conveyor
- Multiple raw materials are mixed by the multi-ribbon screw mixer
- Mixed material is transported into the end product silo by second screw conveyor
- Finished product is packed into bags by the packing machine

Product Components
Ribbon Mixer Machine
The screw ribbon mixer is the most economical and cost-effective dry mortar mixer. Outer and inner screw ribbon blades driven by high-speed rotating shaft mix material thoroughly. Inner screw ribbon blades force material to sides while outer blades force side material inward, mixing materials back and forth to achieve uniform mixing effect in relatively short time. Mixing time is approximately 10-15min/batch.
Screw Conveyor
The screw conveyor is Φ 165X3500mm, transferring mixed mortar from mixer to finished product hopper.
Finished Product Storage Silo
The finished product hopper is approximately 1.5m³, designed to store finished material and prepare for the packing machine, which significantly improves efficiency.
Automatic Packing Machine
Automatic dry mortar packing machine, valve type, 15-50kg/bag adjustable, 4kw. Packing speed is approximately 5-6s/bag. Features high packing speed, high weighing accuracy, high degree of automation, simple operation, and easy maintenance.
Air Compressor
0.25m³, 2.2kw, providing air source for automatic packing machine and finished product hopper, achieving quick packing and broken arch of finish product hopper.
