This forms a complete simple dry mortar production line that significantly improves working efficiency, automating the entire process from feeding, mixing, conveying to packing.
Working Principle
When the ceramic tile adhesive dry mortar mixing plant operates: first, raw material is placed into the feeding pot of the screw conveyor and transported into the mixer; second, multiple types of raw materials are mixed by the multi-ribbon screw mixer; third, the mixed material is transported into the end product silo by a second screw conveyor; fourth, the finished product is packed into bags by the packing machine.

Product Components
Ribbon Mixer Machine
The screw ribbon mixer is the most economical and cost-effective dry mortar mixer. The outer and inner screw ribbon blades, driven by high-speed rotating shafts, mix materials thoroughly. Inner blades force material to the sides while outer blades push side material inward, creating back-and-forth mixing action that achieves uniform mixing in approximately 10-15 minutes per batch.
Screw Conveyor
The screw conveyor (Φ165X3500mm) transfers mixed mortar from the mixer to the finished product hopper.
Finished Product Storage Silo
The finished product hopper (approximately 1.5m³) stores finished material and prepares it for the packing machine, significantly improving efficiency.
Automatic Packing Machine
Valve-type automatic dry mortar packing machine with 15-50kg/bag adjustable capacity, 4kw power, and packing speed of approximately 5-6 seconds per bag. Features high packing speed, accurate weighing, high automation, simple operation, and easy maintenance.
Air Compressor
0.25m³, 2.2kw compressor provides air source for the automatic packing machine and finished product hopper, enabling quick packing and broken arch functionality.
