Working Principle
The dry powder mortar production line operates through a systematic process:
- Raw materials are transported into silos via bucket elevator or pump truck
- Materials are conveyed from silos to automatic weighing scales according to formula ratios
- Premixed materials are lifted into premix hoppers
- Materials enter twin shaft paddle mixer for uniform mixing
- Mixed materials are transferred to automatic packing machines
- Packed bags are conveyed to next processing stage

2. Bucket Elevator
Vertical lifting device with heights reaching 20-35m. Available in belt type and chain type options, with chain elevators capable of handling heated materials and offering higher capacity.
3. Automatic Weighing System
Features three S-type sensors for precise measurement. Reduces weighing errors, saves labor costs, and improves output through high-precision batching.
4. Twin Shaft Agravic Paddle Mixer
Provides high mixing speed, excellent uniformity, and low power consumption. Materials discharge within 3-5 seconds via pneumatic control.
5. Automatic Packing Machine
Computerized metering devices ensure accurate weighing with PLC control. Equipped with dust collection and compatible with belt conveyors and robot palletizers.
6. Pulse Dust Collector
Compact design with pulse solenoid valves for automatic dust removal. Features high ash removal efficiency and kinetic energy with specialized fabric filters.
