Working Principle

The automated production process ensures consistent quality and high efficiency:

Raw materials are transported into storage silos via bucket elevator or pump truck
Materials are conveyed from silos to automatic weighing scales according to precise formula ratios
Premixed materials are elevated into premix hoppers
Materials enter twin-shaft paddle mixers for uniform blending

Packaged bags are conveyed to next processing stages
