MG series Dry Mix Mortar Mixing Plant is designed based on traditional single mixer technology, enhanced with material transportation systems, finished product storage silos, and automatic packing machines. This integrated dry mortar production line significantly improves working efficiency by automating the entire process from feeding and mixing to conveying and packing.
We offer customized production line designs tailored to specific requirements. Optional features include loading screw conveyor machines, various packing machine types (valve type and open type), and automatic weighing scales as needed.
The complete production line operates with only 2-3 workers, substantially reducing labor costs. Available capacities range from 3-4 t/h, 4-6 t/h, to 7-8 t/h. Outer and inner screw ribbon blades driven by high-speed rotating shafts achieve maximum material mixing. The inner blades push material outward while outer blades push material inward, creating thorough back-and-forth mixing for uniform results in just 10-15 minutes per batch.
