Working Principle
The MGDM-3.0 plant features feeding screw conveyor, multi-spiral ribbon mixer, discharge screw conveyor, finished product hopper, automatic valve bag packing machine, air compressor, and control panel.
Four-Step Operation Process:
- Raw materials are loaded into feeding screw conveyor
- Materials are transported to multi-ribbon screw mixer for blending
- Mixed material is conveyed to end product silo via second screw conveyor
- Finished product is automatically packed into bags by packing machine
