The proposed mixing station consisting of a combination of a twin-shaft paddle mixer and a batching system can fully utilize the advantages of both components. The operation is simple and convenient with Chinese and English menu displays that show device status through simulated displays with audible and visual alarms. Workers only need to operate a small number of buttons, as the entire work process is controlled by computer automation.

1. Raw materials are transported into silos by bucket elevator or pump truck
2. Materials are conveyed from raw material silos to automatic weighing scales via screw conveyor according to formula ratios
3. Premixed raw materials are lifted into the premix hopper by bucket elevator
4. Premixed materials enter the twin shaft paddle mixer and are mixed uniformly
5. Mixed materials are transferred to the automatic packing machine for packaging
6. Packed bags are conveyed to the next process via belt conveyor
