Working Principle
Our semi-automatic dry mix powder mortar plant includes a bucket elevator, twin shaft paddle mixer machine, finished product hopper, valve type packing machine, steel frame, air compressor, and electric control cabinet.
Operation process:
- Raw materials are transported into the twin shaft paddle mixer via bucket elevator
- Materials are mixed uniformly in the mixer machine
- Mixed material enters the automatic packing machine for packaging (15-50 kg per bag at 4-6 seconds per bag)
