2.Working principle of Dry Mortar Mixer Machine

1. Raw material storage:
Raw material procurement and storage: According to production needs, purchase raw materials such as cement, lime, stone powder, additives, etc. Raw materials are stored in different tanks to ensure the freshness and dryness of the raw materials.
2. Raw material processing
Screening and crushing: The raw materials are screened and crushed to remove impurities and large particles to ensure the uniformity and consistency of the raw materials.
Impurity removal: The purity of the raw materials is further improved through impurity removal measures during screening and crushing.
3. Batching and metering
Automatic batching: Using a computer batching system, the raw materials and additives after impurities removal are automatically proportioned and measured in a certain proportion through equipment such as screw conveyors, bucket elevators, and automatic metering batching scales. This step is very critical because it directly affects the quality of subsequent dry mortar.
Verification and inspection: During the batching process, the system will check and inspect according to the process batching amount of the material, allowing the relevant parameters to be adjusted until the batching accuracy requirements are met.
4. Mixing
Mixing process: The raw materials after proportioning are sent into the mixer for mixing. Mixing is the core link of dry mortar production. Usually, equipment such as gravity-free mixing host is used to ensure the uniformity and efficiency of mixing.The mixing process generally lasts 3-5 minutes to achieve a uniform mixing effect.

5. Finished product packaging
Finished product storage: The evenly mixed dry mortar is sent to the finished product warehouse for storage.
Packaging: According to production needs, the dry mortar is taken out from the finished product warehouse for packaging. The packaging system usually includes packaging machines, conveyor belts and other equipment to achieve automatic quantitative packaging.
6. Dust removal and environmental protection
Dust removal system: During the production process, a certain amount of dust will be generated. In order to protect the environment and the health of operators, the production line is equipped with a dust removal system, such as a pulse bag dust collector, to effectively collect and treat dust.
Environmental protection measures: In addition to the dust removal system, the production line may also take other environmental protection measures, such as noise control, wastewater treatment, etc., to ensure the environmental compliance of the production process.
7. Automatic control and monitoring
Complete machine control system: The fully automatic dry mortar production line is equipped with a complete machine control system, which is automatically controlled and monitored by computers and other equipment.
Alarm system: When an abnormal situation occurs in the production line, the alarm system will automatically trigger an alarm to remind the operator to deal with the problem in time.
